What You’ll Be Doing

Client Advisory & Accounting

• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of SME and high net worth clients

• Deliver advisory across areas such as:

  • Tax planning.

  • Business structuring & restructuring.

  • CGT, Div 7A, small business concessions, and trust strategies.

• Review financial statements, tax returns and BAS.

• Become a trusted advisor to business owners and decision makers.

Leadership & Development

• Mentor and support junior/intermediate team members.

• Manage workflow, deadlines, and WIP.

• Collaborate closely with Partners on complex engagements.

• Contribute to a positive, high performance team culture.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you’re someone who enjoys both client interaction and deeper technical work.

We are looking for:

• 3–5+ years’ public practice experience.

• CA/CPA qualified or near completion.

• Strong tax and accounting technical capability.

• Familiar with accounting tech stack (such as Xero, FYI Docs, ATO mate, Now Infinity etc)

• Confidence dealing directly with clients.

• Experience mentoring junior team members.

• A proactive mindset and appetite for progression.

• Full Australian working rights.
