About Australian Property Scout (APS)

At Australian Property Scout, we aren’t just another property agency; we are life-changers. We specialise in sourcing high-performance investment properties, guiding our clients with a blend of data-driven expertise and genuine empathy. We are a high-growth, high-performance team dedicated to excellence.

The Role: IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% remote, desk-based role responsible for supporting the technology needs of a large multi-national team. This position ensures our team has reliable, secure, and well-supported technology to perform their work effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Device Management: Assist with the deployment and configuration of company-owned devices, maintain a hardware asset register, and handle the full device lifecycle from repairs to decommissioning.

  • Helpdesk & End-User Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests, resolving Level 1 and Level 2 issues across hardware, software, and connectivity.

  • User Account & Access Management: Provision and deprovision user accounts, supporting the onboarding and offboarding process for email, system access, and SIM cards.

  • System Administration Support: Assist with the routine administration of core business platforms and support the maintenance of integrations and automations.

  • Cyber Security Support: Support the enforcement of IT security policies, assist with staff security education, and escalate potential incidents or risks.

  • User Education & Documentation: Provide training and guidance to staff on IT procedures and contribute to the IT knowledge base and support documentation.

Who You Are
  • High Impact: You are a technical expert without a helpful attitude. You are professional, approachable, and enjoy being a part of a collaborative team.

  • Independent & Proactive: You have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a high-performance, digital environment.

  • Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear technical support and guidance to staff.

  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in maintaining accurate records of user permissions and hardware lifecycles.

Skills & Experience
  • Technical Foundation: Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT support or systems administration role.

  • Platform Proficiency: Strong experience with device deployment (Windows and macOS) and Google Workspace administration.

  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred) or similar complex business systems.

  • Foundational Knowledge: A solid understanding of IT security fundamentals and excellent troubleshooting skills.

  • Desirable Extras: Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf), VoIP systems (e.g., Dialpad), or cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean) is highly regarded.

Why Join APS?
  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in Australia with total autonomy.

  • Personal Growth: We prioritise your personal portfolio growth and professional development.

  • High-Performance Culture: Work with a team that celebrates milestones and moves fast.

  • Impact: Your technical expertise directly protects the efficiency and security of our entire operation.

How to Apply

If you are ready to transition into a strategic, desk-based IT role and would love the opportunity to interview with our team, we want to hear from you.
