THE ROLE

As Accounts Officer you will provide support to the finance manager. This role provides support to The Signal Group’s management team and is a key link between Signal and Mulpha’s finance departments.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Daily bank reconciliation
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Accounts payables & accounts receivable
• Assist with month end reporting
• Participate in operational activities with the management team to improve bottom line results and operational efficiencies
• Raising invoices, credits, and purchase orders
• Reviewing all payments and expenses, including purchase orders, payroll and invoices
• Responding to queries from suppliers, customers and staff

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Previous accounts administration experience ideally within the manufacturing industry
• Experience with business process improvements
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in CRM and ERP software
• Understanding of Xero highly desirable
