With a high-performing sales team, strong systems and a commitment to innovation, our finance team plays a vital role in supporting the success of the business.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our Financial team, based in our Broadbeach office.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role works closely with our finance and administration teams to ensure financial processes, reporting and expenditure tracking are managed accurately.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems and financial data, and takes pride in organisation and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the finance function across a variety of operational and reporting tasks, including:

  • Monitoring and tracking Vendor Paid Advertising (VPA) expenditure

  • Producing daily expenditure reports across advertising platforms including Domain, realestate.com.au and title searches

  • Tracking and maintaining VPA budget adjustments

  • Calculating and allocating monthly agent postage and printing consumables

  • Managing the withdrawn listing process, ensuring financial records are updated and reconciled

  • Providing backup support for VPA administration when required

  • Working closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and reporting

  • Assisting with AML compliance administration following unconditional contracts

  • Supporting the Financial Controller with general finance and reporting tasks

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment.

You will bring:

  • Previous administration or accounts experience (desirable but not essential)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good Excel and reporting skills

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Confidence working with systems, data and financial information

  • A team-focused attitude and willingness to support others

Experience in real estate, property or professional services would be advantageous but is not essential.
