ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER - BDS GOLD COAST

BDS Mechanical is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Arundel on the Gold Coast. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and negotiating the settlement of accounts within set collection timeframes, while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing & recording customer payments.
• Debtor reconciliations and reporting.
• Generating and sending debtor correspondence.
• Build relationships with customers to streamline receivables.
• Processing of monthly direct debits.
• CRM case management.
• End of month billing preparation.
• Post billing duties including invoice checks and sending out monthly invoices.
• Promptly action and respond to customer queries.
• Ad hoc functions required in the Accounts Department.
• Back up accounts payable duties.

Key Selection Criteria

• 2+ years proven experience in a similar debt collection role.
• Excellent written, numeric and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Technology requirements - MYOB, Excel, Outlook
