Role Description We are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Gold Coast, QLD. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services, conduct market research to identify trends, and assist in customer acquisition campaigns. You will also collaborate with the sales team, provide top-notch customer service, and help build the brand presence of CHANGE in the local community. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.Proficiency in Market Research and developing data-driven insights.Experience in Sales and implementing effective Marketing Strategy plans.Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction.Creative problem-solving abilities and an adaptable mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is advantageous but not required.
