Taxation Accountant – SME Focus

Arundel, Gold Coast

Full Time or Part Time (minimum 2 days)

Salary $85,000 to $100,000 per annum (pro-rated if part time)

📌 About the Role

In this role, you'll support our business services team and manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing personal daily workflow and job planning

• Preparing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders

• Assisting clients with other tax obligations including BASs, TPARs, superannuation obligations, FBT returns

• Working independently to manage jobs from start to finish

✅ About You

We’d love to hear from you if you meet the following:

• At least 3 years’ experience in public practice

• CA or CPA qualified, or close to completion

• Highly proficient with Xero and Xero Tax

• Confident preparing financials and tax returns end-to-end

• Able to manage your own workload and communicate clearly

• Permanent resident of Australia
