As our Apprenticeship Support Services Account Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, reliable go‑to for clients, apprentices and internal teams — helping keep the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) program running seamlessly. The roles includes:
Responding to AASS enquiries with professionalism, clarity and a customer‑first mindset
Maintaining accurate records across electronic and hard‑copy systems to ensure data integrity
Coordinating large corporate accounts and supporting ongoing relationship management
Partnering with BUSY At Work Field Officers to drive product uptake and deliver exceptional service
Providing day‑to‑day admin support to keep operations running smoothly
This role is full time, fixed term to 30/06/2028 with a possibility of extension. Enjoy a hybrid work model, collaborating in the office at Southport and working from home
