Manager into their growing Business Advisory & Tax team on the Gold Coast.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and helping businesses navigate complex challenges while driving sustainable growth.

Working with a diverse client base across a broad range of industries, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory and taxation services while mentoring and developing the next generation of professionals.

The Opportunity As a Manager within the Business Advisory & Tax team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a diverse portfolio of client relationships
• Providing strategic taxation and business advisory services
• Reviewing and overseeing the delivery of compliance and advisory engagements
• Leading workflow planning and ensuring timely completion of client work
• Mentoring, coaching and developing team members
• Driving a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Contributing to business development initiatives and strategic growth opportunities
• Identifying opportunities to add value and deliver practical commercial solutions for clients

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• CA qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
• 4-5+ years' experience within public practice accounting
• Previous experience managing client relationships and leading teams
• Strong technical taxation and business advisory knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A genuine passion for mentoring and developing others

Experience with Xero Practice Manager and FYI Docs will be highly regarded but is not essential.
