Position Overview

This role is suited to a highly experienced consultant who understands the luxury leisure landscape — from the client mindset through to the product that supports it.

You’ll bring your own established client relationships while also being supported with new clients as part of our continued growth. This is a space where your ability to connect, influence, and deliver will directly shape your success.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including air, accommodation, and curated experiences

• Design personalised itineraries aligned to each client’s travel style and expectations

• Present travel concepts in a compelling way, bringing experiences to life for the client

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact

• Ensure a high level of care, detail, and follow-through across every booking

• Collaborate with the broader team to deliver a seamless client experience

• Promote Virtuoso value and our unique solo group and package offerings

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in travel consulting, with a clear understanding of the luxury leisure market

• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS and Tramada (preferred)

• Confidence working across multiple systems, with the ability to bring workflows together efficiently

• Commercial awareness and accountability across your bookings and client portfolio

• Polished communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients

• A client-first mindset, paired with attention to detail and pride in delivery
