About the job

The Odoo Indirect team is all about reshaping the business landscape of our markets through our close relationships with our business partners. Our goal is to create a sustainable, scalable network of quality Odoo Partners to deliver key services to clients across the region.

As an Outbound Partner Recruitment Executive, you will be taking care of the ‘scalable’ part!

You’ll be responsible for acquiring new partners through proactive outbound prospecting. Instead of relying on inbound requests, you will build your own pipeline by identifying, contacting, and engaging potential partners such as IT firms, and system integrators and business consultants across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Your goal is to convert these prospects into active Odoo partners by understanding their business, presenting our partnership model, and guiding them through how to expand their service offerings by selling Odoo.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new partner leads via outbound channels (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, calls, events)

  • Qualify potential partners, assessing their business model, market fit, and ability to sell/implement Odoo

  • Consultatively design partnership proposals — tailored packages and incentives — and negotiate contracts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, working to convert them into Odoo partners

  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing the partnership agreement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and ensure the partner’s early success

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and report progress regularly

  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve partner acquisition strategies

Must have

  • Permanent working rights in Australia

  • 0-2 years of B2B sales experience

  • Strong business intelligence and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Assist partners with their day to day queries
