About the role
We are looking for a passionate and people-focused Training & Support Specialist to join the Homhero team. This is a client-facing, high-impact role that sits right at the heart of our customer success story.
You will be the trusted Homhero guru that our clients rely on, helping holiday rental property managers across Australia get the most out of our software from day one. You will work closely with clients, and our development team in a fast-growing, collaborative environment where communication, initiative, and genuine care for our clients are valued above all else.

What you will do
Provide support and training to new and existing clients
Assist in the onboarding and implementation of new clients
Provide support for our partner RMS Cloud
Provide support for the software development team
Meet with clients for in-house and on-site training sessions
Create and document online guides and knowledge base articles
Liaise and set up connections with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Marriott
Take ownership of your role and shape how it evolves
Grow with a fast-scaling Australian tech company
Who you are
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You deliver excellent customer service and can engage with a diverse range of property managers and clients
You have a minimum of 3+ years experience in customer service or client support roles
You build strong relationships using well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
You have a proven attention to detail
You are able to work autonomously when required
You bring sound conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience with holiday rental or short-term rental software such as Homhero and RMS is an advantage
Previous experience in property management software training is highly desired
Experience within the short-term or holiday rental accommodation industry is highly desired
Trust accounting knowledge is an advantage
