The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Manager to join our Business Advisory & Tax Services team.

This is a leadership role where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, mentor and develop team members, work closely with our Directors and help clients navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with running successful businesses.

You'll have the autonomy to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the Gold Coast practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clients

• Review financial statements, tax returns and compliance engagements

• Provide strategic business and taxation advice

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Lead, mentor and coach team members

• Assist with workflow management and team development

• Identify opportunities to add value to client relationships

• Support business development and growth initiatives

• Work closely with Directors on complex advisory matters

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• CA or CPA qualification

• 5 + years experience within public practice accounting

• Strong technical taxation and business advisory skills

• Previous leadership or management experience

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

• A genuine passion for helping clients and developing people
