MRT is continuing to grow, and as our national footprint expands, we are strengthening our Finance Team with a high-performing Accounts Officer who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be part of a hands-on team responsible for keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes of a growing national business.

This is not just data entry, this is a role where attention to detail, accountability and initiative matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Perform bank, supplier and credit card reconciliations
• Manage invoice, purchase order and financial data entry
• Maintain financial records and filing systems
• Support month-end and year-end processes
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements
• Support evolving finance functions including payroll (future scope)

Do YOU possess the skills we need?

• Proven experience in Accounts, Bookkeeping or Finance Admin
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid understanding of financial processes
• Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite highly regarded)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability
• Ability to work autonomously and hit deadlines
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
