  • Working with creative and digital teams to deliver engaging content and campaign assets.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimising activity based on audience and ticketing data.
  • Managing multiple campaigns and priorities while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Developing and implementing year-round marketing and communications activity to maintain audience engagement.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, event partners and industry organisations.
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise campaign reach, engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Be actively involved in on‑site event delivery, coordinating suppliers and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly on the ground.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years' experience in a marketing, communications or campaign-focused role.
  • Experience working across integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within events, festivals, tourism, entertainment or a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience using audience insights and data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
