The Role:

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer to manage customer accounts, handle incoming and outbound calls, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. This is an office-based role, so strong verbal communication and people skills are essential. You’ll work closely with our experienced team, contribute to efficiency improvements, and help maintain strong client relationships.

About You:

  • Experienced in accounts receivable and collections.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collections is required.

  • Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills – confident, professional, and persuasive.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
