At the Gold Coast Heart Centre, we are committed to providing exceptional cardiac treatment and cardiac investigative services across the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales. We are a progressive multi-location private specialist practice, with a strong focus on providing excellence in patient care.
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Manager/Front Office Supervisor to join us on a Full time basis.
The position is predominantly based at our Southport rooms with the requirement to visit our multiple locations across the Gold Coast on a regular basis.
Your duties will include:
Plan, organise and coordinate the daily operations of the office
Ensure proficient operation of the front office and reception areas
Develop, implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures
Uphold the highest standards of service delivery, ensuring that excellence is woven into every facet of clinic operations
Manager, supervise, train and support reception/administrative staff
Manage office supplies and maintenance
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency of the clinics
Prepare staff rosters
Monitoring of the appointment schedule for all locations
Ensure the clinic delivers exceptional service to patients
Managing staff welfare, issues and complaints
Regularly visit our other clinic locations to ensure clinics are being maintained in line with clinic policies and procedures
Attributes required:
Prior Experience in HR Management
Minimum 2 years of medical administration and knowledge of Medicare billing is essential
Possess the ability to think quickly, show initiative and have excellent problem solving skills
Knowledge of Xero software to support Practice/Business Manager
Proficient typing and IT skills
Capacity to operate autonomously, exhibiting strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management, customer service and multi-tasking skills
Ability to prioritise work and be able to work autonomously
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment
Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
Hard working, driven and motivated
Caring and compassionate personality
Available to work during the hours 7.30am-5.00pm Monday - Friday
Current driver's license and own transport (travel to multiple locations may be required)
