Job Description

We are seeking immediately available candidates for temporary casual assignments who have the capacity to work full-time hours. If you thrive on providing a high-quality experience to clients and stakeholders within mission-driven environments, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities may include:

Act as a professional first point of contact, delivering empathetic and high-level service to clients, families, and community members. Facilitate the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing proactive support to the wider team. Maintain precise records and reporting via MS Excel and industry-specific databases with a high degree of accuracy.

Manage sensitive documentation and personal records with strict adherence to confidentiality, ethics, and privacy legislation. Process referrals and conduct initial intake screenings or contact with referred persons. Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and secretariat services including agendas and minutes.

Your Skills & Experience To be fast-tracked for these immediate start opportunities, we are looking for: Previous experience within

Not-for-Profit, Community Services, or Disability sectors. A current Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check). NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or Yellow Card).

Ability to successfully pass a National Criminal History Check (Police Check). A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel if required. Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Confident user of the MS Office Suite with an aptitude for learning new database systems. A high level of emotional intelligence and the resilience to handle complex or sensitive situations with composure. How to Apply:
