About Lumineye

Lumineye Australia formulates, blends and fills OEM white label and private label skin care and nail products from our manufacturing facility in Yatala, QLD.

We partner with local and international brands to develop customised formulations and deliver high quality Australian-made products. Our business operates across production, warehousing and distribution, supported by structured financial and operational systems.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a capable and detail-focused Administration Officer to support financial processing, system accuracy and operational administration across the business.

This role sits at the centre of finance and manufacturing operations. You will work closely with management, production and procurement to ensure transactions are processed accurately, systems remain aligned and reporting inputs are reliable.

This is suited to someone who values accuracy, understands how finance supports operations and is confident working within structured enterprise resource planning, MRP systems.

The Role, you will be responsible for:

Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable in MYOB

Maintaining data accuracy within the Damand driven planning, DBA Manufacturing MRP system

Reconciling supplier statements and assisting with month-end processes

Supporting stock adjustments, inventory administration and BOM data integrity

Assisting with purchase order processing and matching

General ledger data entry and basic reconciliations

Supporting payroll and general finance administration as required

Providing structured administrative support across production and operations

What Success Looks Like

Accurate and timely processing

Clean reconciliations and well-maintained financial records

Strong data integrity between MYOB and DBA systems

Well-organised documentation and audit-ready files

Reliable support to both finance and operations teams

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience using MYOB (essential)

Experience working in an ERP or manufacturing system environment

DBA Manufacturing ERP experience highly regarded

High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy

Comfortable working across finance and operational data

Organised, methodical and able to manage competing priorities

Experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, food or related industry preferred
