Job Description

Our client, NAYYAR ASSOCIATES PTY LTD, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating office activities, supervising support staff, maintaining efficient systems and procedures, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with management, clients, and suppliers.

Experience in office administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and productive work environment are essential. Job Responsibility:

  • Organize and coordinate office administration and operational procedures to support efficient logistics operations, ensuring effectiveness, compliance, and workplace safety.

Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, documentation, supply management, and coordination with logistics vendors and service providers.
  • Provide administrative support to management and operations staff to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining logistics documentation such as shipment records, delivery schedules, and operational reports.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline administrative and logistics workflows.
  • Coordinate communication between office staff, warehouse teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure timely operations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures within the logistics environment.
  • Monitor office expenses, inventory of office supplies, and administrative budgets to support cost-effective operations.
  • Support coordination of internal meetings, staff activities, and operational updates to maintain team alignment.

Qualification:

  • AQF Diploma or

Higher

  • 1-2 years of experience in related field

Salary:

  • $75,000 - $95,000 + Superannuation
