About You:
The successful candidate will be the first impression of our firm for our clients. As such, you will need to make them feel welcome and greet them in a professional manner with a cheery disposition.

Enjoy developing client relationships
Exemplary attention to detail
An ability to work under pressure if required
Superior time management skills
Strong keyboarding skills
Comprehensive written and grammatical skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
A friendly and welcoming persona
Be self-motivated and show initiative
Ability to work in a team or autonomously
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of Affinity would be an advantage
Knowledge of word processing and transcription of dictation would be an advantage
About the Role:
Your role will cover the day to day administrative duties including meeting and greeting clients, sending and collating faxes, mail, copying, scanning, preparing correspondence, transcription of dictation and all other administrative functions.
Experience in an administrative role would be an advantage.
