The Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be a key contributor to the success of multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Managing budgets, cost control, and procurement processes.
  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution.  
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial or residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
