Full-Time Reception/Administration Assistant

We’re a busy, growing, family-owned smash repairs business based in Nerang and we’re looking for an experienced Receptionist /Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers and support the day-to-day operations of the business. If you’re organised, professional and genuinely enjoy helping customers while keeping the office running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting customers and managing front desk enquiries
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails professionally
- Booking vehicle repairs, managing job schedules, creating job files
- Checking in vehicles upon arrival for repairs and assisting customers with mobility options
- Liaising with insurance companies, assessors and suppliers
- Preparing invoices, processing payments
- Maintaining accurate customer and job records
- Entering parts invoices and credits
- General office administration – filing, scanning and support to Management and Workshop Staff
- Keeping Customer Lounge tidy (re-stocking coffee machine, fridge)
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous panel shop experience preferred
- Experience with iBodyshop, Partscheck, Audanet, Estimage and RepX highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and consistent work ethic
- Someone who takes genuine pride in their role

- Full-Time Position – 40hr week Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
