Administration Assistant (Part-Time) Approx. 24 - 36 hours per week. On-site – Molendinar - Immediate Start
Our business is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organised Administration Assistant to join our on-site team. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working in a busy industrial environment. About the Role
You’ll support day-to-day operations across administration, customer service, and spare parts coordination. No two days look the same — you’ll move between data entry, document control, invoice management, inventory management – including the implementation of barcodes, spare parts dispatch and stepping in to assist with various operational tasks as needed. Some experience is preferred, but we’re open to the right person with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
