Job Description

Administration Assistant (Part-Time) Approx. 24 - 36 hours per week. On-site – Molendinar - Immediate Start

Our business is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organised Administration Assistant to join our on-site team. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working in a busy industrial environment. About the Role

You’ll support day-to-day operations across administration, customer service, and spare parts coordination. No two days look the same — you’ll move between data entry, document control, invoice management, inventory management – including the implementation of barcodes, spare parts dispatch and stepping in to assist with various operational tasks as needed. Some experience is preferred, but we’re open to the right person with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing invoices and basic accounts administration
  • Document control and file management
  • Using Outlook, Word, and Excel for daily tasks
  • Assisting with spare parts orders and general operational support
  • Providing professional customer and supplier communication
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in an industrial workshop environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to adapt throughout the day
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
  • Ready for an immediate start
