About the role:

We require an experienced and committed individual who seeks a career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, to operate our Fibre Lasers (6KW and 10KW) or Brake Press to execute production plans on either the day or afternoon shift.

  • Operate/program CNC Machines
  • Position material in assigned machine 
  • Maintain equipment and machinery
  • Ensure machines are working at full capacity with correct material
  • Record capacity times and wastage through current ERP system

Requirements

  • Experience using Laser or Press Brake
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment 
  • Have sheet metal material knowledge, and an understanding of CNC operating/fabrication/programming/cutting/folding.
  • Must be able to read and interpret drawings 
  • Be punctual, reliable, and hardworking with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Forklift licence essential.

Permanent Full Time and casual roles available. A pre-employment medical will be required for permanent appointments.
