What the role looks like.

We are seeking a full time Qualified Butcher to join the busy team at our facility in Moorabbin for evening shifts - 5pm start time. Your focus will be on preparing quality products for our retail stores in preparation for sale to our retail customers.

• Preparation of products in a temperature-controlled environment including cutting, trimming and slicing
• Maintaining general department cleanliness
• Compliance will all relevant legislation, including Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety
• Uphold and maintain uniform standards

Applicants must have:

• Australian Certificate ||| in Meat Processing or equivalent Qualified Butcher
• Committed to learning our products and being able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who prides themselves on detail
