We're searching for a modern, inspiring Store Manager to lead our Robina Town Centre team. About You

• Proven experience leading a retail team, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle

• Retail management experience must be specifically within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience required

• A natural people leader with energy, confidence, and a customer-first approach

• Experience managing teams of at least 2-3 people

• Motivated, hands-on, and passionate about creating a great in-store experience

• Australian work rights required for this position
