Our team help clientele within a number of industries, from hospitality, commercial property owners, earthmoving and transport. Your Role:

• Advise clients on insurance coverage and various products

• Building long lasting relationships with key clientele

• Negotiate insurance policies with various companies on behalf of clients

• Maintain relationships with insurance underwriters

• Manage your own clients and deliver great service

• Meet sales targets and earn great commissions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a sales environment

• Interest to learn about insurance products and services 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and efficient with computer systems

• Highly driven, self motivated with a great work ethic

• Someone that wants to build a rewarding career

• Ability to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations

• Someone that loves a great team culture

We're looking for passionate sales people with excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the insurance industry. We'll provide extensive training, including your Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking.
