We’re seeking a confident communicator with proven customer service and sales experience who can make an immediate impact. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them find the right solutions while representing our brand with professionalism and care.
This role blends customer service, sales support, and relationship management — perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and guiding them toward the right safety solutions.
Minimum requirement: 1–2 years of proven service and sales experience.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships (new and existing)
Use our established CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions (training provided)
Assist customers with product solutions, training enquiries, and sales support
Represent the business confidently over the phone and via email
Prepare quotes, process bookings, and complete administrative tasks that support the sales process
Collaborate with our operations and training teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
