Flannerys Benowa and Miami are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team on a permanent part time basis - commencing in March, 2026.

If you're an all-rounder who loves serving customers and has a passion towards delivering amazing service, this could be just the role for you!

The hours? Good question! We have two roles available:

Role 1 in our Benowa Store: Approx. 3 days, 15 hours per week, working a Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Role 2 in our Miami Cafe: Approx. 3 days, 20 hours per week, working a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (choose 3)

We're looking for someone who has:

• Exceptional customer service skills - previous retail experience a must

• Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems

• Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments

• Positive and teachable attitude 

• Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)

• Flexibility in working arrangements

• Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
