We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Business Analyst to play a key role in helping optimise our business processes and support strategic projects. If you’re passionate about turning data into insights, finding better ways to do things, and enjoy working at the intersection of people, process, and technology, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Map and help optimise end‑to‑end processes and governance across products and operations, ensuring traceability, clarity and gap analysis.

  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to help design, build, test and monitor solutions in alignment with the overall business strategy.

  • Analyse data and present insights clearly using reports, dashboards, and presentations to help teams and leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Maintain data quality and governance standards ensuring clarity, accuracy, consistency, traceability, confidentiality, and timely delivery across all deliveries.

  • Support projects delivery by designing and maintaining templates, checklists, and reporting to ensure traceability, clarity of goals, and alignment to Agile ways of working.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support projects, UAT and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Hands-on experience in designing reports using CRM Analytics and process maps with Visio or similar software.

  • Strong Word and Excel skills (Power Pivot, advanced formulas and functions).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate data insights clearly.

  • Solid data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret trends, identify insights, and clearly communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Well-organised and a confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.

  • Curious and improvement‑focused, with a practical mindset for solving business problems. Comfortable working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Who you are

You are analytical, curious and passionate about turning data into meaningful insights. You take pride in accuracy and love finding smarter, more efficient ways to use technology. Collaborative by nature, you enjoy working with others to solve problems and improve systems that make a real difference.

In return, we’ll support your ongoing development, provide opportunities to expand your Salesforce expertise, and help you grow your career within a purpose-led and values-driven organisation.
