Clear Wave Finance is a fast-growing finance brokerage specialising in asset finance, vehicle finance, personal finance and tailored lending solutions for everyday Australians.
We are expanding our broker team and looking for an experienced, driven Finance Broker who wants to join a high-performing business with strong lead flow, a supportive team environment and genuine earning potential.
This is not a cold-calling role. At Clear Wave Finance, we provide warm leads, strong systems and a proven process so you can focus on what you do best — converting customers, structuring deals and delivering great outcomes.
The RoleAs a Finance Broker, you will work with warm inbound and partner-generated leads, helping customers secure finance across a range of products including cars, boats, caravans, personal loans and other asset finance solutions.
You will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to settlement, building strong relationships with clients and lenders, and maximising conversion through excellent follow-up and service.
What You’ll Be DoingManaging warm leads provided by the business
Speaking with customers to understand their finance needs
Structuring finance applications and presenting suitable lending options
Preparing and submitting applications to lenders
Following up customers, lenders and referral partners
Managing deals through to settlement
Maintaining accurate notes and deal updates in our CRM
Delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism
Contributing to a growing and ambitious team culture
We are looking for someone who is hungry, professional and commercially minded. You will suit this role if you enjoy sales, finance and helping customers get the right outcome.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in finance broking, asset finance, car finance, lending or a similar sales environment
Strong communication and phone-based sales skills
A proven ability to convert leads into settled deals
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
A self-motivated attitude and desire to earn strong commissions
A customer-first approach
Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
$80,000 – $100,000 base salary depending on experience
