About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to service the South Gold Coast region, based out of our Molendinar branch. In this role, you will drive business growth through strong customer relationships, tailored hire solutions, and new business development across a dynamic territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors and projects.
Deliver tailored hire solutions aligned to customer needs, timelines, and budgets.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from quoting through to contract conversion.
Collaborate with branch and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in Field Account Management or Field Sales (essential).
Experience within hire, construction, or industrial sectors (highly regarded).
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and win new business opportunities.
Confident negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse opportunities and trends.
