Job Description
As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective clients and industry contacts through outbound phone calls. Your main focus will be starting conversations, building genuine relationships, and ensuring consistent and well-managed follow-ups.
You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with leads, keeping accurate records of all conversations, updating client information, and managing follow-up tasks in an organised and timely manner. This role requires someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking with people throughout the day, and can naturally build rapport without hesitation.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workload are essential. You will need to stay on top of follow-ups, track opportunities properly, and ensure nothing is missed.
Because this role is heavily focused on verbal communication with clients, native-level English fluency is essential. You should be able to speak clearly, confidently, and naturally in a phone-based environment.
This role is best suited to someone who is bubbly, engaging, and genuinely enjoys talking to people, while also being highly organised, reliable, and self-driven in managing their daily responsibilities.
