What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make and receive calls to negotiate and arrange payments for outstanding debts
• Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving queries
• Maintain accurate records and update client databases
• Ensure all processes comply with legal and regulatory standards
• Assist customers with loan repayments
• Follow collections, financial hardship and legal recovery processes 
• Maintain a professional, calm and customer-focused approach always

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, experience in a call centre or customer service role
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Keen to learn about collections and legal procedures
• Able to pass a Police Check
