Due to continued growth, we now seek a self-motivated and polished professiona to join our high-performing team at our Gold Coast branch as a Customer Service Officer.

About the Role

Working as part of our Customer Service / Account Coordinator team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm

• 30-minute lunch break

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound phone calls and email enquiries

• Providing over-the-counter customer service

• Supporting account customers with orders and enquiries

• Working closely with internal teams to deliver great outcomes

About You

• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude

• Confident using computer systems and able to multitask

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills (advantageous)

• A genuine passion for customer service
