We’re growing fast and looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to join our Robina Contact Centre — supporting Australians and helping them access the services they deserve. No call‑centre experience? No problem. If you’ve got heart, hustle, and a passion for helping people, we want you.

💰 What’s in it for you?
  • $28.74 per hour + 12% super

  • Up to $480 in monthly incentives (yes, that’s up to $5,760 a year!)

  • $500 sign‑on bonus for new starters

  • Full‑time paid training for 7 weeks

  • Multiple March & April start dates

  • Permanent roles with real career growth — 80% of our leaders started on the phones

  • Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm, with a rostered Saturday once per fortnight
