What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and by email

• Deliver a warm, professional, and exceptional customer experience

• Support clients through their journey with genuine care and attention

• Manage bookings, schedules, and client records with strong attention to detail

• Help the clinic operate smoothly and efficiently each day

• Support the team in promoting the clinic’s services in a natural, helpful, and client-focused way

• Assist with patient flow and treatment preparation where required

• Build strong client relationships and encourage ongoing engagement with the clinic

• Prioritise tasks and remain calm and organised in a busy clinic environment
