This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about people, takes pride in delivering their best effort, and finds joy in seeing how their work contributes to a client’s healing and wellbeing.
You do not need a formal health qualification — what matters most is your attitude, heart, communication skills, and willingness to grow.

What You’ll DoBe the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and by email
Deliver a warm, professional, and exceptional customer experience
Support clients through their journey with genuine care and attention
Manage bookings, schedules, and client records with strong attention to detail
Help the clinic operate smoothly and efficiently each day
Support the team in promoting the clinic’s services in a natural, helpful, and client-focused way
Assist with patient flow and treatment preparation where required
Build strong client relationships and encourage ongoing engagement with the clinic
Prioritise tasks and remain calm and organised in a busy clinic environment
Genuinely caring and compassionate toward clients
Positive, motivated, and proud to deliver your best effort
Understands that personal satisfaction comes from contributing meaningfully to others
Confident communicator with polished phone and front desk skills
Able to promote services in a warm, authentic, and helpful manner
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to support others
Open to feedback and committed to learning and improving
Experience in customer service, front desk, sales, or client care is preferred
Passion for health, wellness, and helping people is highly valued
