Construction Customer Service Team Leader

Residential Construction | Ormeau QLD | Full-time

GDev is seeking an experienced Construction Customer Service Team Leader to support residential construction projects across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.

This role is responsible for leading the Construction Customer Service and Administration team, ensuring smooth communication between customers, channel partners and construction teams throughout the building process.

Based in Ormeau, you will support projects from site start through to practical completion, handover and maintenance, while helping drive efficient construction administration and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the Construction Customer Service / Administration team

  • Ensure customers and channel partners receive proactive construction updates

  • Provide administrative support to Construction Managers and Building Teams

  • Monitor construction progress, practical completions and handovers

  • Manage weekly claims reporting and construction administration

  • Coordinate subdivision and project documentation

  • Contribute to construction operational meetings and process improvements

  • Support the maintenance and warranty services team

About You
  • 5+ years experience in residential construction customer service, administration or building coordination

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Construction Administration role

  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience with construction management software (Onsite Companion or similar) and Microsoft Office
