Cash Savvy is a pawnbroker based in Nerang with an in-store coffee shop called Savvy Beans.

We pride ourselves on treating our staff members as valuable as the gold we buy — and as good as the coffee we serve!

Our positive company culture ensures our staff are happy to come to work and grow every day.

We have fun at Cash Savvy — and so will you!

As part of this role, you’ll also be working in our in-store coffee shop, Savvy Beans. This means your days will be dynamic and varied, serving both retail and coffee-loving customers in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Our ideal team member must have the following attributes:
  • Positive attitude and outlook on life

  • History of successfully working in a team environment

  • Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team

  • Commitment to treat every customer as important

  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in different circumstances

Cash Savvy believes in the power of positive experiences for both staff and customers. Your job training and work experience with us won’t just develop your excellence in retail, buys, and loans — you’ll also gain hospitality experience through your work at Savvy Beans, building a strong skillset that will benefit you for life.

We welcome applications from all different backgrounds. No finance, retail, or barista experience is necessary — but an eye for detail and a desire to be challenged in your career is a must.

This is a part-time role, and applicants should be available to work weekends (no late night trade).

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Please reply to this ad with a cover letter and your CV.
