About the opportunity
We are seeking a Centre Manager to join City Cave Hope Island in a Full-time capacity. Our trading hours are 9am to 9pm, 7 days per week. This position will regularly work Tuesday to Saturday, with supporting team members covering the other days and times.
This is a unique opportunity to support one of the Head Office owned locations as part of the 'Cave Co' group. You will work with the founders of the brand and gain valuable insight into the operations of a fast-growing national company. Responsibilities
Operational
Oversee and ensure effective Centre operations.
Ensure the effective implementation of all Company mandated administrative systems (commercial, HR, Safety, etc.) and provide training as required.
Ensure implementation of integrated customer driven operational strategies.
Ensure effective rostering of staff.
Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure effective response to customer queries and complaints.
Ensure customer call list and upsell opportunities are actioned to increase revenue and centre capacity.
Ensure effective and efficient centre operations whilst providing excellent customer service.
Stock control and ordering is to be completed in accordance with recognised procurement processes.
Lead by example to deliver City Cave's mission statement.
Champion a high performing culture within the Centre.
Manage social media content and strategies for the Centre, to drive organic growth and customer reach
Build relationships with community groups, schools and local businesses to boost visibility.
About you
Qualifications:
Tertiary or Vocational Level business administration orientated qualifications are highly desirable and/or significant demonstrated experience working in managerial roles in a client facing business, ideally within the health and wellness sector.
Current First Aid Certificate
Skills and Experience:
At least one years of experience in a similar position, or relevant tertiary qualifications in business, leadership and management is essential.
Experience within a client centric health and wellness orientated environment is highly desirable but not essential.
Demonstrated strong organisational and leadership skills including problem solving and decision making.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with all employees.
Highly motivated with the ability to motivate staff.
Demonstrated experience in delivering customer service excellence.
