We’re now looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales Specialist to support our national distributor network and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where you’ll be the key point of contact for our national customer base.
Working closely with the General Manager and Customer Service team, you’ll support customers across phone and email — helping drive sales, solve problems, and deliver a great experience.
Key responsibilitiesRespond to incoming enquiries from retail, trade and industrial customers
Provide product advice and technical guidance across our tool and equipment range
Prepare quotes, check availability, and manage order enquiries
Support sales of specialised equipment from enquiry through to completion
Build strong relationships with customers and identify sales opportunities
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
You’re someone who enjoys working with customers, knows your way around tools (or similar products), and takes pride in delivering great service.
You will ideally have:
Experience in tools, hardware, industrial or similar product environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A practical, solutions-focused mindset
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team
Good computer skills (ERP/CRM experience highly regarded)
A proactive, positive attitude
Previous internal sales or trade counter experience
Technical knowledge of tools, machinery or workshop equipment
Experience supporting B2B customers
Full-time, Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:30pm
