About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll play an important role in supporting customers and the wider business. Working across phone, email and face-to-face interactions, you'll assist with customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, returns and general administration.

You'll be part of a collaborative team where everyone contributes, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and thrives in a busy environment.

Skills & Experience

• Customer service experience in a busy environment

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Confident managing multiple priorities

• Retail, trade or sales support experience

• Strong administration and computer skills

• Professional and customer-focused approach
