You’re good at getting things done and enjoy providing a high level of service to others that makes people feel cared for and come back to you again to help them with their needs.

You’re now looking for a challenging role where you have the opportunity to help increase results and add value to a small team through your commitment and dedication to providing prompt, friendly and reliable customer support.

The company has good systems and structure in place. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries. You will be across phone, email and digital channels to deliver exceptional customer service with the purpose to assist enquiries with the right solution and turn enquiries into sales opportunities and actual sales.

You will likely be handling between 5-20 inbound calls a day.

You must also be reasonably physically fit as you will have to go into the warehouse and there are 20 stairs to go up and down each time.

Products can be quite complex so there will be a lot of product training required up to 6-12 months to become proficient.

Ideally, you have prior experience in customer service, inventory management or the parts industry however you will be fully trained on the products. What is important to us is your willingness to learn and take responsibility as well as the ability to get things done which is crucial to your success.
