Civil Safety is a fast-expanding Registered Training Organisation (RTO) working across QLD and WA. We specialise in providing both training and safety advisory services to the mining, civil, oil and gas sectors.

This admin/customer service role, based in Ashmore, could be the next step in your fulfilling career with our friendly team.
In your new role you will;Day-to-day administration tasks such as data entry, document handling and answering emails in a professional and friendly manner.
Processing student enrolments, assessments and certificates.
Assisting with student enquiries including managing student issues as they arise.
Maintaining compliance with standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO).
Comfortable answering a high volume of calls while maintaining a friendly phone manner.
Providing support to regional offices with overflow phone calls, management of student data and delegation of tasks.
Contributing to improving current processes and systems where possible.
Friendly, professional and efficient customer service mindset.
Competent computer skills for use of educational platforms such as aXcelerate or similar LMS, and google drive.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Eager to continuously learn new skills and acquire knowledge.
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous administration experience is highly desirable.
