THE ROLE

The Signal Group is one of Australia’s largest staff identification and branded merchandise providers. Based from our manufacturing facility and distribution centre in South-East Queensland, we service clients Australia wide, supplying customised name badges, personal and ID security solutions, awards, trophies, promotional products, workwear, apparel, headwear and signage

In this role you will ensure excellent customer service is achieved for Signal Group Customers for all manufactured & wholesale orders by ensuring efficient maintenance and operation of all e-commerce functions and support of the customer service & support team.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Lead the customer service team and function. (7 people)
  • Ensure that all e-commerce platforms(website & portals) are functioning well and up to date with accurate information.
  • Ensure that the telephony systems are functioning well and are monitored and reviewed for service improvement.
  • Ensure that all in bound order placements (portals, websites, e-mails, EDI & calls) flow into the system on time with all details.
  • Lead the team to ensure that all quotes and requests on time.
  • Lead the prompt resolution of inquiries and service issues.
  • Maintain and monitor service and customer feedback systems.
  • Ensure that master data requests (customers, prices, items and suppliers) are complete accurately.
  • Manage artwork creation and workflows.
  • Regular leadership admin functions – rosters, leave, compliance training etc.
