What you’ll be doing:

No two days are the same in this role. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) our customers rely on, helping to deliver great service and keep the branch running smoothly through:

  • Assisting in the management of stock;

  • General warehousing duties as required; 

  • Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing;

  • Adhering to operational health and safety requirements;

  • Delivering products in work vehicle to customers;

  • Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers; and

  • Building strong customer relationships through honest, helpful service

Who we’re looking for:

We’re not just hiring for experience - we’re hiring for the right attitude. Whether you’ve worked in wholesale, sales, retail, customer service, administration or a similar role, we’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Enjoy helping people and creating a positive customer experience

  • Are organised, reliable and keen to learn

  • The team has a straightforward communication style, so comfort with direct, clear feedback will be valuable in this trade style of environment.

  • Feel confident using a computer, with basic to intermediate skills

  • Positive and eager to learn attitude. 

  • An Australian drivers licence.

  • A Forklift licence (desirable, not essential company will support).

  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical (including a drug and alcohol assessment)
