What You’ll Be Doing
  • Help customers with simple card questions, everyday transactions, and basic security checks

  • Share clear and friendly information to guide customers through their banking needs

  • Solve straightforward issues and offer easy‑to‑follow solutions

  • Pass on complex problems to specialist teams for extra support

  • Record customer details accurately to keep things running smoothly

  • Suggest improvements that help make the customer experience even better

What You Bring
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

  • A natural problem‑solver with a passion for helping people

  • Confidence navigating computer systems and learning new tools

  • Customer service or call centre experience (a bonus)
