About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Team Member to join our growing team. You’ll be the voice of Lucent Globe, helping customers via email, chat, and social solving problems, creating joy, and turning every interaction into a brand-building moment.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to be part of a company that’s growing fast and doing things differently.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with empathy, efficiency, and brand-aligned tone.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, products, and subscriptions.

  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and flag recurring issues or feedback.

  • Help maintain and improve our internal help desk (macros, templates, FAQs, etc.).

  • Go the extra mile to surprise and delight

  • Support in developing ways to streamline customer support processes as we scale.

About You

  • You genuinely enjoy solving problems and helping people.

  • You have strong written communication skills and can adapt your tone to suit different situations.

  • You’re organised, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.

  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Gorgias and Shopify (or can learn quickly).

  • You care about sustainability and want to be part of a brand that stands for something.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, customer service) is a bonus but attitude matters most.
