Auguste The Label is looking for an experienced, hands-on and detail-obsessed Warehouse and Customer Service Manager to take ownership of our warehouse and keep our customers looked after.

This is a busy, hands-on role for someone who likes to work autonomously and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll run the day-to-day of our warehouse — from the moment stock arrives to the moment it goes out the door — and you’ll be the friendly voice keeping our customers happy along the way.

Warehouse & dispatch

•     Managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse

•     Picking and packing online orders daily with a high level of accuracy

•     Picking and packing wholesale orders

•     Processing branch transfers for our retail store

•     Unpacking and checking inbound stock

•     Liaising with couriers and booking freight

Stock & inventory

•     Maintaining stock accuracy across all channels

•     Condensing and organising stock to keep the warehouse tidy and efficient

•     Carrying out regular stocktakes

Customer service

•     Responding to customer service emails promptly and professionally

•     Actioning customer requests and resolving issues

•     Processing returns and exchanges

About you

•     Warehouse or fulfilment experience under your belt

•     Genuinely detail-oriented — accuracy matters to you

•     Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously

•     Well-organised, able to juggle picking, packing and customer emails without dropping the ball

•     Good written communication for customer-facing emails

•     Physically fit and happy with a hands-on role (lifting, unpacking, being on your feet)

•     Reliable, with a strong work ethic
